Weekend Hack Co. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Weekend Hack Co. gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, merchandise must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In original condition

Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear

Returned with original tags and packaging when applicable

Hats: Hats must be returned unworn and in original condition. Hats that have been visibly worn, stretched, stained, altered, or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Weekend Hack Co. is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? If the replacement item is in stock, we’ll be happy to help arrange an exchange.

Because some Weekend Hack Co. products are produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that the same item, size, color, or patch will still be available.

Limited Drops & Founders Collection

Certain limited-edition, numbered, exclusive, or special-release products may be marked Final Sale on the product page.

Founders-exclusive merchandise and other products specifically identified as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If we made a mistake, we’ll make it right.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Do not discard a damaged or incorrect item until you have heard back from us.

Final Sale Items

Gift cards, personalized/custom-made products, and products specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by law or when the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

At Weekend Hack Co., we’re a small business building something we believe in. We’ll work hard to get your gear packed carefully and headed your way as quickly as possible.

FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON ORDERS $75+

Weekend Hack Co. offers FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more, calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Orders under $75 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on the available shipping method and destination.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During product launches, limited drops, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer. We’ll communicate any significant delays.

Shipping & Delivery

Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your shipping label is created.

Pre-Orders

Products marked Pre-Order will include an estimated shipping timeframe on the product page.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order merchandise, the entire order may be held until all products are available unless otherwise stated.

Pre-order shipping dates are estimates. If there is a significant production delay, we’ll communicate updated information as soon as possible.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges if an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier.

If an order arrives damaged, contact Weekend Hack Co. within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and merchandise.

We’ll work with you to determine the appropriate next step.

Returns & Exchanges

Returned merchandise must meet the requirements of our Return & Exchange Policy.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless an incorrect or defective product was sent due to an error on our part.

U.S. Shipping
